Due to the current situation, delivery times are taking a little longer than usual. Please allow more time outside the expected date for delivery. If after 3 weeks you have still not recieved your order, please get in touch. If you're worried about your parcel going missing, please choose a tracked service.   We usually ship between 1-2 buisness days. Returns & Refund Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days, but, depending on the time of ordering we will sometimes manage same day dispatch. Once your order's been dispatched we are unable to cancel it.   If you wish to return your item, you are able to do so within 14 days of delivery. Please inform us via our contact form if you would like to return something and we will supply you with details of where to send it. You will be recieve a full refund once we have received the item in it's original packaging and condition.   If you have any issues with your order and/ or your item is damaged or faulty, please get in touch.   We will only refund return shipping charges on damaged/ faulty or incorrect items.

How are the items shipped?

We have various methods of packaging depending on your order. Art prints are sent in a plastic sleeve within an hardbacked envelope. Single orders of badge sets, sticker sets, art card sets etc. are sent in an A5 hardbacked envelope. Small replica cards will be sent in a standard envelope. Orders of 2 items or more are sent in a small or medium shipping box.

What materials do you use?

Everything besides Enamel Pins and T-Shirts and produced by ourselves with only high quality materials souced from UK suppliers. Art Prints are printed on 8x10 & Art Cards on A6 230gsm archival matt paper. Stickers are printed on high quality glossy sticker paper and cut with a die cut machine.

Our products are mock-up photos using the original files used for print. Although we make every effort to describe our products in accurate detail, we cannot gurantee all monoitors and screens will accurately depict the actual colour of our products. Please contact us for any further questions.
